I found Dana after having laser treatments with Scott. Both have been Fantastic. Several friends now go to Apple Family Care and love Dana, Scott, and the cute little dog that is there sometimes.

Not that i have seen a ton of physicians in CDA... but the few I have DO NOT compare to the service you get at Apple Family Care (Dr. Colbert). Always listens and truly provides personal care. Would RECOMMEND!!!

Finally found a doctor who is down to earth, listens, and doesn't make you feel rushed....

Her practice has gone down hill. I have been her patient for over 10 years. I am soooo tired of having to beg for my prescription refills. I cannot tell you how many times they "did not receive a refill request from my pharmacy". They really should get a new fax machine. I am really tired of that line. I have seen other reviews that stated how friendly the staff is. They are friendly to those they wish to be friendly to.

Oh my gosh! Don't book the first appointment of the day because she won't be there until about an hour after you! It seems she runs all her appointments about 45 minutes to an hour late. I guess she cares more about her time than yours! Don't be surprised to see her kids and pets hanging around the office too... very unprofessional. Oh, and if you are not a patient waiting for own appointment, don't ask to use the restroom... her husband doesn't like that!
