Dr. Dana Clay Dicharry, MD

Dr. Dicharry is THE best doctor that you can ask to see. She's compassionate, caring, and wants to know about YOU as a person, not just your diagnosis. She has a wonderful bedside manner and makes it her mission to ensure that all of her patients understand their disease process, or their lab results, whatever the case may be. Her staff has a low turnaround time with returning phone calls, and if they can fit you in for an appointment, you can bet they will! I will never consider seeing another physician, because I trust and value her opinion and her intelligence so much. If you're not a patient of Dr. Dicharry's, then you should call their office and get on board.

She seems caring upon your initial visit. However, she and her staff are negligent. Her staff was to send an order for a test she wanted me have,to confirm a diagnosis. After two days of trying to schedule the test with the imaging center, I had to call her office to remind them to send the order. A week after having the test, I had not heard about my results. I called her office three times to get my results and did not hear from them. It is now nearly two weeks after my initial visit and I will have to go through another weekend worrying about what is wrong with me. This is inexcusable.

I took X-rays on a Thursday and was told they would be at dr office that afternoon late or first thing on Friday. Well it was Monday afternoon and I had never heard from her, so I call and they tell me they never got X-rays. Tuesday I had other appt in Lakhasky center when that was done I walked to dr Dicharry office was told no results yet so I told her I was going to hospital and get them. I didn't have any problems getting them and was told they sent them to Dicharry on Friday.,I go bsck with results tell her that they were sending it again she turns snd looks at machine and says we didn't get it yet. Then she proceeds to sayn even if she gets it today it takes 10 days to process it then they would call me and I told her politely that they don't call me that's the problem. I am in lots of pain and I don't feel I should have to wait 14 to get results of an X-ray ??

Dr. Dicharry has a great bedside manner. She is very down to earth and explains everything from A to Z. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary doctor. She truly cares about her patients.
