Dr. Dana Marie Forte, DO

I loved seeing Dr. Yudis at the Henderson location. Unfortunately he retired and I have been bouncing around from one NP to the next. I saw the NP at the Green Valley location and she was to refer me to a specialist (per my insurance) well it was never done, I was told I needed to come back, I get scheduled with another provider and the day of the appointment they call me to tell me I needed to reschedule because the doctor was out. They sent me to the Cheyenne location and it's like I was a burden to them. Kyle was condescending, rude, and told me I had "too many problems" and if I keep adding problems, he will refuse to see me. Kind of got a racist vibe from him,. He told I will need to come back tomorrow if I wanted to be seen by him. Mind you, I live in Henderson and only drove all the way to the Cheyenne location because the doctor didn't come in at the Henderson location. I've been in the medical profession for over 20 years and this is absolutely the most horrible experience I… ever had. Refusing to see someone because they have too many problems? Are you kidding me?? This is disgraceful! These so called professionals are the reason the Vegas medical community gets a bad name. I hated giving them one star! They don't even deserve that! I just left and will find a new primary care provider immediately!!

Just a heads up to all those considering being a patient here. This place is a F R A U D.

I went to see her because for the first time in my life, was suffering from severe anxiety and depression due to going through a divorce at the time. Her medical advice was to "eat fruits and vegetables". I'd stay clear of this woman.

I have been an ever-so-grateful patient of Dr. Forte's for nearly a decade, she is our family physician, also to several others I know, and she is a mother as well. She is the most attentive, caring, detail-oriented, excellent doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing (and, trust me, I've had a plethora of unexpected medical problems over the years). She is open and honest (surprisingly some patients aren't receptive to that). I look forward to every visit and have 100% faith in trust that my body, mind, and soul are in good hands with Dr. Forte and every member of her staff. Also a shout-out to FNP Wendy Martinez! Thank you all!

Front office is horrible! No customer service skills at all. Can’t do simple tasks like obtain a written RX for insurance. Won’t ever go back to this place again... which is too bad because the providers there are excellent. The rest of the staff sucks!

The girl at the front office lied. I had a 415 Appt. she said 2 people were ahead of me. It took hour and 45 min. Dr forte would not call the pharmacist even though I filled out a form just for that. This office would not call the pharmacy for me when the pharmacist could not understand doctors instructions. Worst experience I ever had.

Go somewhere else where you can get good medical care. First of all parking is a mess. Second, the place is not clean. Third, the doctor (Forte) is probably the last in her medical class and is not very intelligent. Fourth, the treatment she gave me was not the right one. Fifth and the best of all......you wait and wait and wait.

Bad bad bad news. Stay away and go somewhere else.

The worst experience I have ever had and that is saying a lot because I have never had a good experience, Beverly Stauss-Dipaolo was rude and unprofessional. Your office has no respect for one's time, only care about making $. Hope you are living large Forte! I will never go back!!

Do not waste your time. Dr. Forte is rude and not a very bright doctor. I waited for hours in the office and then to be seen rapidly without proper instructions.....give me a break. I would be better off waiting over the weekend to see my regular doctor. How can she have a license to practice medicine? The prescription that she gave me was not even needed. When I checked with my regular doctor a few days later they told me NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!
