Called wednesday 7-1-20-20 @ 1045am to seek my primary care physician's opinion about a cold I had for 7 days. Due to my age and diabetes whether he would advise a Covid19 test. Heard nothing after being told he would return my call. I called the next day at11:31am and left a voice mail. A nurse returned my call mid-afternoon and informed me the Doctor instructed if "I" thought I needed a test to go to urgent care and be evaluated. I had already answered all the screening questions the first time I called his office. I am to say the least, perplexed and do not plan to go to urgent care, this is why I have a primary care Doctor I thought! High risk and confused!

Dr. Houser is wonderful. BUT it takes multiple days and calls to ever reach anyone from their medical staff, when you have a concern or when you call for test results after you were first notified by the office that results were back. It so frustrating, NEVER once have I ever been called on the same day or by the first call to their office. My parents have been patients there for 4 yrs, we ONLY continue to go there for location convenience as my parents are in their 70's and it is close enough for them to drive there on their own in any type of weather. Otherwise, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
