After seeing four other dermatologists Dr. Stern diagnosed and treated my nail issue right away! She has a great bedside manner and her staff is very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend her for any nail related issues.

Dr. Stern is, hands down, the best dermatologist in the city. While on vacation last year, my boyfriend noticed a questionable mole on my back and, upon returning to NYC, I made an appointment with Dr. Stern based on a friend's recommendation. To say I was anxious would be an understatement. She calmly explained what the mole was to me, removed it, and then removed another mole that was similar in shape in size. I appreciated her use of medical jargon and simplistic language. She spent a good deal of time with me discussing how to change my bandages until the small wounds healed, and followed up with me throughout the week. There are no shortage of qualified physicians in NYC, but to be in a room with a doctor who is patient, calm, professional, and considerate of your time and anxiety is not a very typical experience. I feel so grateful to my friend who recommended Dr. Stern to me.

I was under excellent care with Dr. Stern. She was very informative and attentive to my individual skin conditions. I couldn't recommend her more highly. I've been to many dermatologists in Manhattan and she is by far the best.
