Dr. Dana Louise Kerner, DO

The doctor has no bedside manner. She is unpleasant and rude. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone or go back there again! I felt so uncomfortable in the office. Don't pick this doctor!

Horrible doctor! She is rude and not compassionate at all. She became doctor for the money not to help people!

She is so rude and unknowledgeable! All she cares about is money and billing! Will not help patients and charge you without having a discussion about bill or hidden charges and says oh well

I saw Dr Kerner two times for a hospital stay for 5 days. I wasn't really given any helpful information from her. I was sent a bill once I was home which is to be expected. I also received multiple bills from my hospital stay at the same time. I called her office to make payment arrangements. I spoke to the secretary who told me we could work out the plan we agreed to and then after the doctor saw it went on to charge me the full amount. WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW! This caused my bank account to overdraft and then having all these additional overdraft fees. If I wasn't allowed to do the payment arrangement that was ok'd at first and noted to my account... someone should have CALLED ME and I would have made other arrangements so my personal funds wouldn't have gotten depleted out of my bank account causing a whole bunch of other issues. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Not only was she not very helpful in my hospital stay, but she also isn't compassionate, caring or… helpful with patients and their situations. She is greedy for money and doesn't truly care about people. Find someone else!!!

This woman is so miserable and rude I’m still in shock!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Kerner and we are very happy with our experience. She is a great listener and actually sat with each of us and talked, for a good amount of time! We felt listened to and taken care of. She has been kind and competent and we both recommend her with ease to anyone who is looking for a primary care physician.

Dr Kerner is a great dr and takes good care of me.

Through poor health to good health Dr. Kerner has and will always be there for me. That I believe. Also for all that walk into the office you will be treated as a real person, not a number. Has a great mind and heart. I can't live without Dr. Dana Kerner in my life
