Dr. Dana Marcel Lee, MD

WENT TO SEE THIS DR AFTER AN E/R VISIT. HE STOOD AT THE DOOR AS IF HE REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO BE IN THE ROOM. ASKED ME QUESTIONS, BUT LOOKED AND ACT AS IF HE COULD CARE LESS. DIDN'T OFFER ANY SOLUTIONS OR GIVE ME ANY OPTIONS AS TO THE REASON I WAS THERE. VERY POOR BEDSIDE MANNERS, AND DISPLAYS A LOOK AND ATTITUDE OF PURE ARROGANCE, NOT ANY COMPASSION AT ALL. WHEN INFORMING HIM OF PAIN, AND EXPLAINING I DO A LOT OF WALKING AT WORK, HE LOOKED AS IF HE WAS SHOCKED I SAID WORK, BUT AGAIN OFFERED NO SOLUTIONS TO ASSIST WITH THE PAIN AT ALL. TO ME HE ACTS AS IF HE'S ONLY USED TO TREATING THE LESS FORTUNATE OR WOMEN WITH NO INSURANCE OR GOOD JOBS. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

This was my first visit to this doctor/practice. The office staff was exceptional beginning with my first phone call. Dr. Lee was respectful. I really had no issues to discuss so I can't say I got to know him. However, I did feel very comfortable with him.

I like Dr. Lee I came to see him yesterday after a trip to the emergency room. He diagnosed me with a Hemoratic Cyst the size of a baseball. He them was very clear on the course of treatment and them asked about my pain and made sure it decreased from the cost to the E.R. Dr. Lee answered my questions and wrote up a prescription and testing he wanted me to have done and I was on my way. I thought he was great he did exactly what I wanted and needed him to do.

Dr Dana lee has poor bedside manners. I ended up at one of his offices by accident due to location and decided to be seen anyway. Upon meeting me for the first time, this doctor stood by the door as if he was scared to come in the room. He asked a few questions nothing in relationship to gyn issues, examined me, and when I asked a question about a vaginal issue, instead of examining, he reported " i do not see anything" when he clearly didn't look or have me do anything that would of determined if there was something there or not. He spend all of 3 minutes in the room asking questions and all of five minutes on the exam. He brushed my questions off and ignored the fact that I was interested in finding out about another possible issue. The office was clean, staff was ok but I am sure ghetto at times. this office on washington blvd serves underprivileged people, so I guess he thought I was one of is uneducated, misinformed ignorant black people. So people should never judge a book by its… cover because you never knows what's on this pages.

Dr. Lee was my OB/GYN during my first pregnancy. This staff was very unprofessional, took little to no care with the privacy of my medical concerns either. He delivered my child in December, I called 3 days later to schedule my post-partum appointment and his office informed me that "he no longer practices there" had no forwarding information and he has taken my medical records with him....where ever he is. He has left no other contact information and I desperately need my medical files. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Dr. Lee is a very uncompassionate doctor.After I experience bleeding and cramps, I went to see him and he didn't examine me,didn't ask about my cramps, and didn't even ask me to sit down.He just said, What can I help you with?I just spoke with him the previous night and explained my the problems I was having.He then ordered me to get a blood work and a sonogram.Later that day I was sure I had miscarried so I called his office the next day.I asked if I should come in now or wait for my scheduled appt. the next day. He told the receptionist to have me come in the next day.Instead I went to the hospital and I was a good thing I did.They checked to make sure it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy because if it had been it could have been life threatning.This was my first pregnancy and Dr. Lee acted as if he could care less.He never asked me any questions or my blood type, because at the hospital was Rh negative and had to get a Rhogram shot to prevent future miscarriages.Dr. Lee should be… avoided!!

Dr. Lee shows no compassion and sincere concern for his patients. It took him one month to schedule me for a D and C and he never called once during the month to check on me, even though I was bleeding. By the time I had the surgery I had a borderline infection. Shows no concern or patience with his patients. Needs to take a lesson in getting a better bedside manner.
