do not recomand this dactor ,,,, she dismiss my very sick mother,,,she had not privilage in all hospitals and she used a strange dactor to care her pations wile in hospital again dactors we never heart. when I complain about she fire me and my mother in which she di after 3 months, the resolt that me or mother cannot find onother dactor becouse of her lies on line whach out of her she is sniki on my oppinion she is not the best,,,, one time I had infection on my mouth,,, she no clu wha to do she left me alone to locate other dactors on my oppinion she shoul go bak to school for her maners and leaorn moore dissies, this is my oppinion has I lived

I chose Dr. Planer a year ago based on the reviews here. I am sure years ago they were all those things, but that was then and now is a different story. It took me two months to get my first appointment. During that time I developed pheumonia.. Despite the X-ray and test from the walk-in clinic @ Millennium, she never looked at them, listened to my breathing and diagnosed me with COPD. She ordered inhalers costing me $435. out of pocket and sent me for a sperimeter. The sperimeter came back negative for COPD, she changed my records to Bronchitis but never told me, never discussed the sperimeter results or treat me for bronchitis ( which I don't have). Both Dr. Planer and her nurse Ms. Russell take no time to read tests results. They never call you and when you complain, you might as well be talking to a wall. My most recent MRI showed a serious problem in my lumbar region ( I had to call the radiologist for the results. I got my records and now see another primary care physician.

If you had asked me last week this time, I would have given Dr. Planer 5 stars. On September 28, 2017 after 11 months in a satisfactory/ excellent physician/patient relationship, Dr. Planer terminated our relationship , not personally and without prior notice, discussion or anything. Millenium Physicians Group is a large multi doctor, multi-facility healthcare business. I have to say that for 11 months the corporation and Dr. Planer had you feel that it wasn't. But suddenly I found out just how disposable a patient can be. You all know what is is like dealing with a huge unaccountable consumer based corporation when something happens and you try and get someone who has a first and a last name, a title and a phone number to resolve your Customer/patient complaint. The past several days it has not only been impossible to get someone to tell you why the doctor terminated you, but even worse to get the doctor to talk to you personally. I have had more caring, non-judgemental and ethical… responses from Amazon.com than from this mega health provider. So I am taking my self respect and heading for the next small primary care office. Good riddins.

Dr. Planer has been my physician for a number of years here in Florida. She's more like a friend. She listens and has always been right on with diagnosing any problems I've had. She's always so pleasant and always has a smile on her face when she comes in to greet you. I know I always have the best care when I have my yearly physical and at times when I need to see her for another problem. I highly recommend her.

Dr Planer is a caring and competent Physician. Our family has been with this group since 2000 and would never consider changing. As a healthcare practitioner and consumer in this community, I would have to say that Dr Planer and the Milleneum group exemplifies excellence and leadership in Patient Focused Care.

I was with another group when I first moved to SW Florida and while with them I had 4 different physicians in 3 years. I finally got disgusted and switched over to Millenium and Dr. Planer. I have been extremely satisfied with both Dr. Planer and her Physician's Assistant. They have done an excellent job diagnosing any ailments and very importantly, I do not feel like just another number being rushed in and out. Dr. Planer takes whatever time necessary to be certain you understand her diagnosis and feel comfortable with the procedures she recommends. An excellent, excellent group of physicians.
