Dr. Rochester is skilled, caring and compassionate. She shows a true interest in her patients and has a respect not only for the patient, but for the patient's time. I would recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Rochester did not listen to me when I told her I wasn't feeling well. I found a far more caring and capable doctor to manage my thyroid condition. Since switching and having my medication dosage adjusted, my symptoms have improved.

I feel very blessed that I had found Dr. Rochester. She had helped me through a very difficult situation. She is very caring, sharp and a great clinician. From my experience I have found it very rare to come across doctors like her especially in this field. I value her opinion and know that she really cares about my health and well being!

Dr Rochester is very lovely, I have been seeing her for many years and have never had a problem making an appointment at my convenience, any time I have called to speak with her I have received a call back in a timely manner. The office staff is wonderful and have always been willing to help with any problem I have encountered. Dr Rochester has always called to let me know about any tests I have had done and has never had a staff member take care of notifications as i have had other doctors do. In short I have never had a problem

I have seen hundreds of doctors in my years. Not once have I left a message for the doctor and have the support staff tell me the doctor would not speak to me unless I made an appointment. When a patient has a question they should be able to call their doctor and speak to them directly. Will NEVER go back to this office.
