Dr. Dana Lee Wiley, MD

I wanted to see a psychiatrist about my depression and decided to see Dr. Wiley, based on his reviews. He did not rush me or judge me and went over the meds he wanted me to take and what they would do. He said he got some new staff and the staff that was there was very helpful. Overall no problems at all

To was easy to make an appointment because you can do it online. Dr. Wiley was very easy to talk to. He answered my questions and explained what the meds would do. They also have therapists there and I sent a friend over for Suboxone

I have been a patient for about 6 months and I recently had a crisis and needed to speak to my Psychiatric nurse practitioner. Because I had a insurance claim come back the day before I called the receptionist stated that I could see or talk to NP. I was having bad thoughts but not presently and she said she talk the office manager who was RN and advised me to go to the ER. Well she didn't I am an RN too and ER nurse and I know when I need to go to the ER! I wasn't presently have those thoughts or had a plan but I felt I needed to speak with my Psych NP to get her advice and wasn't allowed to. They never really listened to how I was feeling or what I had going on they just prescribed pills. Truly a Pill Mill. Go anywhere else but here Seriously!

When I got referred to this office,they sent me an electronic form to fill out so I didn't have to come in and a could do visits on the computer due to covid. The people there are very caring and I couldn't be happier

I’ve been going to dr Wiley for 6 months now, he is an honest, straightforward man who truly cares about his patients. After finding out that I was paying out of pocket because I have no insurance he was able to save me almost $200a month. To me that says he is a man of integrity, not in for the money but because he truly cares about his patients.

I've been coming to this practice for over a year, I never a problem with the staff and Dr. Wiley & Dr. Lockard have been lifesavers. I decided to write this review because when I told Dr. Wiley that the price of some of my meds had gone up, he found a pharmacy that saved me 1/2 the price. Not many doctors take the time to do that anymore

Spends less than 5 minute with a patient, flirts (and more) with young female patients (his own therapists) despite of having a wife and daughter (disgusting), no empathy/compassion, only cares about his cars (ashton martin, tesla, jaguar... you name it) and making money. Makes patient dependent on controlled substances and then they can't go anywhere. I worked at this office. Don't go there. Get treatment somewhere else or have your primary care treat you.

THIS PLACE SUX, These people have no Clue what planet there on

If you value things being completed in a timely manner then DON'T go here. If you simply want prescription disbursement with nothing else then you may like them, but don't ask for their assistance with anything!

When my friend told me something about a "pill-mill" she was spot on! I think I am going to need a psychiatrist after seeing this psychiatrist. I stayed in tears entering and leaving his office. It was either his noted lack of compassion or the terror he had hired to answer the phone. Not that she actually answered it, she was always eating something that literally smelled up the entire waiting room. And it wasn't a good smell. She never spoke to me. Never would even look at me. I am handing this girl $200 every month! And she can't even so much as look up at me when I'm handing it to her? That had my suspicions at first wondering what kind of person hires someone like that to work for him. Especially in a doctor's office. Then there's the nurse practitioner, Betty Ann (the only one who is authorized to call in scripts to your pharmacy). If you go looking for your script at your pharmacy and it was never called in, and you have to call the doctor's office to speak to the nurse to… remind her to call it in, you can forget it! It is a nightmare! She won't hesitate to charge you more money for having to make an extra call to the insurance company. This is part of her job. "Oh, I just love our patients", she said to me during my first phone call to his establishment. I felt hopeful. Two years in, she's never taken a moment to even so much as talk with me. I called on a few occasions. I have never spoken with her again. After two years, paying $200 a month for his services, and $400 a month for the meds, I am broke and right where I started. If you have money to burn and need a quick fix then this is for you. If you are looking for compassion and someone who will listen, be kind and advise, you are better off going to a clinic. #backwhereistarted
