Dr. Dane Scott Travis, MD

Dr. Travis' knowledge and expertise and style has always been great, maybe impeccable, from the time I first became a patient of his 7 years ago. Attentive and caring, and most important, his accurate diagnoses.

A couple years ago I was ill and called in. Christine listened and said, "I think you should come in. We can see you at 1:30 today." I arrived and was immediately processed. Doc Travis said, you need to go to X-ray, you might have pneumonia. I did. It was. well advanced. He treated me then and the next few days. We worked together and he helped bring me, a 70+ years man through it. I think he saved my life. Diagnosed me w/ COPD and referred me to an excellent pulmonary team When I broke my shoulder, he referred me to the best, really. Doc Travis and his team of many years have always been right there, with good solutions and I honestly don't think I"d still be alive without them.

So fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor and staff. Excellent listener and cares for his patients. Also, he makes me smile and keeps me laughing. Important to me.

You don't even know what you are missing from most other doctors until you visit Dr. Travis. His unrelenting dedication, attention, enthusiasm, ongoing education, and genuine care for his patients - the whole patient, head to toe, mind, body, and spirit - is unlike any other. Well worth any office wait.

What I like about Dr. Travis is his integrative approach to medicine. I want the combination of the two. He also explains everything and takes his time with you. Having said that you must be patient for your appt because he runs pretty late on his appt.

This is the kind of place I would want my mom and my kids to go and people I would want providing their treatment.

Dr.Travis spent close to an hour talking to me about my health issue! It was the first time in my life where I felt the doctor was really trying to get to the bottom of what was going on. Dr. Travis was very personable, even funny ;), and seems to really care about my well being as a patient. THough I feel many docs have good intentions few have the motivation and/or time to do much about it. We'll see him again!!!!
