Dr. Danial Olen Laird, MD

Dr. Laird started out as an amazing Dr, who finally seemed to care about my health & pain management. It was only later after I was denied medication by insurance that Dr. Laird COMPLETELY DISREGARDED MY RIGHTS as a patient. He neglected to contact my insurance company to gain Prior Authorization for important, life-beneficial medication. His MA ignored all of my calls and when I was at the pharmacy, in pain, being denied my medication, it was clear that no attempt was made to obtain prior authorization for any approved medications. I am living with devastating, painful arthritis and going even a day without medication is excruciating. Dr. Laird and his staff of ONE ignored all my messages and I had to pay for my medication OUT OF POCKET 140.00$ when my insurance DOES cover other medication. All this man had to do was call and obtain prior authorization and I wouldn't be in this situation. His MA finally called me back after 3 weeks, claiming some excuse about faxing… information to my ins company and being denied, and there is "nothing more they can do" which is a LIE. He took no responsibility for their lack of care, and then proceeded to BLOCK MY NUMBER so I could not call with vital information. Is that even LEGAL? I am now without medication, and will be fighting for my rights at quality patient care. There is no excuse for this behavior and this should result in punishment. I deserve RESPECT and I have rights to quality care. You will NOT get it here! -Left in pain!

I am pretty sick, and have seen a lot of Dr. Dr Laird is one of the best!
