Dr Daniel Dennis Alsup JR., MD

Took my elderly parent to Alsup and he was rude and didn't look or check on the issue we were addressing and a week later we found out that my parent had a stroke in her eye, could of been treated but was not.. EPIC FAIL!!

He is a great doctor that takes time to hear my problems and knowing what is wrong with my health immediatly and treated me good with right meds. I love thjs guy hes adorable and friendly. Wish he can take more patient but hes filled full so i know hes a great provider i will never go see other doctor anymore.

I thought he was good in the beginning, but now he is a smug know it all who won't listen to the things that I want to talk about. He must be a genius because it only takes him 5 seconds to diagnose. Both the doctor and the staff treats me like a pill popping felon, yet he's the one who prescribed all of it. He has taken narcotics for his bad back so I think he is just as much of a wimp as we all are who need pain relief. He has lied about things to cover his own butt, been sued and lost, and has had a long time MA abuse and write prescriptions using his name and claims to have had no knowledge when he is suspicious of every pain patient he has. He doesn't look out for his patients, it's himself that he's focused on.

A wonderful Doctor who is kind, caring and thoughtful. He really cares. However, his staff is not courteous or sensitive. They are condescending and talk to you as if you are a child or worse (an idiot) and as if you have no decision making power over your own overall health. It's too bad that you get to spend only 3 minutes with the doctor and 20 minutes with the staff. The worse part is that there is no follow up inquiries after visit. Even my dog gets a follow-up call after his visit with the vet.

Dr. Alsup is absoltely amazing. He genuinley cares about his patients and does his very best to treat the problem. Most other doctors I have seen just prescribe 20 different medications and send you on your way. Dr. Alsup actually listens and gets the right tests done to find the root cause and take care of the problem instead of masking it. I wouldn't see another doctor! I trust and hold him in the highest level of respect.
