Dr. Ball is a great doctor, but his front desk help is awful and very rude. I call and I get put on hold for the longest of times and once they answer the phone they have an attitude. They are the only reason I gave a 4 star rating. If it weren't for the front office (Jennifer and the other lady, I can't think of her name) I would have definitely given a 5. I'm in pain and in need of a hernia and gallbladder surgery. The last thing I need is ATTITUDE. This is not the first time this has happened. Ugghh….

I have been seeing Dr. Ball for about a year and a half now. Communication with him and his office staff is horrible. He was supposed to submit a new infusion order for me because I am having a flare up of my Crohn's disease. His office has failed to send this order, meanwhile I am suffering. I contacted his office FOUR TIMES within the past week requesting that they submit this new infusion order and I have not received a response and they have not submitted the order. AGAIN, MEANWHILE, I AM SUFFERING!! If I could give this office less than one star, I would.

Dr. Ball is the most caring and thoughtful Dr. I have that really paid attention to my medical issues. Wonderful bedside manners, great personality, great sense of humor and willing to listen to your issues!! (Even if it is during a world season baseball game). He will return your calls!!! ??. I truly thank you sir!!!

Very good Doctor. Dr Ball shows a lots of concern in his patients. He is very kind and explains to you the medical diagnosis and establish a medical plan for patients,Will make sure you leave his office with a good understanding of his treatment plan. Dr Ball is very concerned about finding a cure for his patients. I am a very happy patient of Dr Ball. I would recommend him to everyone!!

Wonderful, Caring Doctor. Though my diagnosis was not good, Dr Ball showed such genuine concern and instilled a positive attitude in me. I am now on my way to recovery.
