Dr. Daniel Edward Banach, MD

Dr. Banach has a great bedside manner. He is very attentive to his patients and explains things in easy to understand language. He is very knowledgeable and works with his patients to find the best treatments.

Dr. Banach may be knowledgeable and a good dr BUT my son (who went alone and is driving age) was left in a room for over an hour AFTER they tested him for strep and the flu. His 9:45 appointment turned into a 2 hour appointment. There are too many good doctors in our area to be left in a room while your body aches, head is ringing and your throat hurts. When I called the office at 11:30, the message stated the office was closed and I pressed "1" to leave a message with a nurse due to my son didn't hear anyone outside his room and looked as everyone went to lunch. Then she went to tell my son I called and left a message. Really?!?! How about do your job and get him out of there so he can get some medicine and rest? Maybe Dr. Banach needs to hire another physician to assist him to service his patients in a timely manner. Or hire more competent professional nurses who care about taking care of the patients instead of leaving them in the room.

I absolutely love Dr. Banach! He listens, he explains, he truly cares for his patients. -- The office staff is a different story! They are rude, especially when you call to get test results or call to make an appointment. they place you on hold for a long time. They tell you they are under staffed and "blah blah blah"... I wish they would do something about the office staff. I'd hate to see Dr. Banach lose patients due to the office staff.

My husband has attempted to get an authorization on a prescription for three months. The pharmacy and insurance company has attempted to contact the office multiple times with no response. We have called the office with no response. I went there personally only to be told they were understaffed and had too many patients. Obviously they cannot take care of the patients they currently have.

I love going to see Dr. Banach. He is a great dr. but, his staff is not friendly and it is very hard to get an appt. even when you are sick. I wish they would do something to change the office staff so it would be pleasant to call there and not feel intimidated like you are bothering them and being put on hold for 30 minutes. I give Dr. Banach 5 stars but, his staff 1 star.

The office staff are great. Any time I call for an appointment they go above and beyond to work me in to see Dr. Banach. The office is always clean. At times I’ve had to wait quite a while to see the doctor, but I felt like he gave the same time and attention to everyone before me as he did me to address my issues. His bedside manner is well worth the wait. He is a fantastic doctor and I truly trust his judgement and course of treatment. I would recommend him to anyone. You may have to wait but you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Banach has been mine and my family's doctor for many years. He listens to me and goes over and above what is necessary to find the source of the problem, never hesitating to order a test. I highly recommend Dr. Banach to anyone!!

I have never received such extraordinary care from a physician until I met Dr. Banach. I was referred to his care from a very close friend and I have to say I am glad for the recommedation. Dan Banach is caring, genuinely interested in his patient and is the epitomy of what a doctor should be for his patient. I would highly recommend his practice if you are in need of a new physician. I just cannot say enough about this man.
