AWESOME podiatrist! I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for over a year. My previous podiatrist injected my foot with cortisone 3 times &I didn't experience any noticeable relief. Dr. Bank took a lot of time understanding my situation & did a full exam. After reviewing my "shoe hygiene" (my term) & referring me to a physical therapist, Dr. Bank did another injection of cortisone (he was hesitant since I had had 3 other injections without any improvement). I am now PAIN FREE! I KNEW my previous podiatrist didn't get the right spot. I am really pleased! GREAT doctor, pleasant & efficient staff. I recommend highly!

Was told to arrive at my appointment 15 min early, which I did and the office was closed. They did not arrive until after my appointment time. No apology was made. I brought it to their attention that I was told to arrive early and they blamed the automated system. Still no apology. Then was told that they are in network with my insurance company and they told my insurance company on a recorded line that they are in network. They are not in network and when my insurance company tried to work things out with them, they did not return phone calls and gave the runaround for a month. My insurance company asked the staff to put my account on hold while this was being worked out. They did not. Now I am marked as 60 days late AND still have to pay the whole thing. Lack of response is a giant RED FLAG. Be careful if you choose to deal with this organization!
