Dangerously disorganized practice. Nothing gets done, and and everything is an enormous hassle for the patient -- esp. trying to get a simple refill.

The office is a complete nightmare from check-in to check-out. You'd think you were at a DMV. Routine calls are put on hold (with hold music) for 10-15 minutes. Refills simply do not get done on time or without active followup. The doctor himself is personable. I'd prob. get a beer with him; but he's not very detailed or interested in detecting/treating anything beyond what you explicitly ask him to. Fine if you are young and healthy; not so much if you are not young and healthy. The inefficiency and attitude of the staff (front office and techs) is unacceptable and among the worst I have seen in a medical setting.

The speed of setting appointments,promptness during appointment, staff friendliness and bed side manor make this by far one of the best Drs I have had for my 2 and 4yr old. My past pediatrician would have us in waiting room for 30 to 60min past appointment time.
