I’ve known and been an off and on patient along with my husband for about 15 years. Having lived all over the U.S. I can honestly say Dr. Batlan is the best pain specialist I have ever gone too. He has over the years provided much needed pain relief for my disc problems. He is kind professional and know the best treatment for all situations. Dr. Batlan has also been my source for referrals to the best doctors in Las Vegas. All have been top doctors. These include neuro surgeon, orthopedic surgeon, vascular surgeon. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Dr Batlan for treatment that I know is correct and beneficial to me.

I was taken aback by Dr. Batlan's attention to detail and systematic process. This gave me confidence that I was in the right hands for my issues. I have sciatica pain radiating down my leg due to bulging Lumbar disc. During our initial consultation, Dr. Batlan discussed the options available to relieve the pain and function more normally again. Due to Dr. Batlan’s experience with insurance companies was able to clearly set expectations and time frames, all of which transpired as he stated. The day of the procedure, Dr. Batlan established clear instructions with the nursing support team and provided me with concise steps to follow afterwards. The procedure was virtually painless and completed without incident or issues. I was able to sleep better and resume some normal activities like hiking and biking afterwards. Dr. Batlan has be very clear about what to expect going forward and what the next steps would be at those points. I have lower back pain and I periodically get injections (every couple years) to manage my pain when it gets severe. To me, the pain gets so severe that it impacts everything I do. On a 0 - 10 pain scale I was around a 9 before the injection, after the injection I am now at a 1 or 2 pain level. The other injections I've had in the past have been with other doctors outside of Las Vegas. Dr. Batlan and the Surgery Center are as good or better than other places where I've had the same procedure. I have additional injections scheduled which is part of the process and look forward to working with Dr Batlan through the process.

I started having severe upper back pain that was radiating on my shoulder and my left elbow/ hand, for 4 months. The pain was so bad I had not one night of sleep all this time. The pain mediation did not help since it turned up it was a bilateral disc bulging with herniation on the LT. My primary doctor referred me to a pain specialist which was Dr Daniel E Batlan. He is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, patient and very clear in his explanation about the procedure.(I had an injection in my neck). The procedure went smoothly, and the pain was basically gone the following day (I am not saying that everybody will have an immediate result, but I share MY experience). His staff at the office is courteous and knowledgeable.

Dr. Batlan was so caring, professional and easy to talk to. His staff was extremely responsive to my needs. I was in A lot of pain and could not do the things I love to do. With Dr. Batlan’s treatment, I am now back to walking, doing Zumba and riding my bike again. I am truly grateful to him for giving me back the lifestyle I so enjoy!

After suffering from lower back pain for a while, I was referred to Dr Batlan's office for pain management. He suggested nerve block shots to help the pain. After my accident which left me with 3 bulging discs and bone spurs in my neck, I was referred to Dr. Batlan. I was in pain every day all day. After the first injection in my neck I went from a pain level of an 8 to a 6, then after my second injection I went from a 6 to a 2 or 3 which is completely manageable for me.
