Great bedside manner. Listens. Saved a life.

Don't know this doc. Never heard of him, he has never seen me. I don't know what business he has writing a rx for me and sending it to walmart with out my knowledge. I don't appreciate being labelled as a user of this med. Abusive.

This doctor mis-diagnosed my family member because he refused to listen when we tried in great length to explain that there was more going on than just 'abdominal pain'. He rushed to a diagnosis in the ER and assumed that the patient was seeking pain medication instead. One quick check of the patient history at the hospital would have confirmed that this was not the case. He simply wanted us out of his ER. Later we learned that my family member had a splenic infarction which was causing his pain and it later had to be removed. If Dr Bauer had only agreed to run the tests that original physician had requested, we could have known much sooner and avoided all of the problems that followed after our prompt d/c from the ER. His arrogant, superior demeanor is dreadful.
