Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Would not recommend. Asked to set up an appointment with the doctor for an issue which was very important to me, and after waiting for couple of weeks, i was then greeted by a physician assistant. She was lovely, but i needed a medical doctor expertise and i really didn’t appreciate the deception. Needless to say, i had to pay the “specialist” co pay!!!

Dr. Behroozan is awesome. I've been going to him for several years now and I really respect and appreciate him - both professionally and personally. He really knows his dermatology & genuinely cares about my health. His staff is equally as great - friendly, organized and punctual. 5 stars.

Dr. Behroozan and his staff are incredibly thorough. I've been treated by dermatologists for 10+ years so I've been on almost every topical and oral treatment you can think of. Dr. Behroozan took time to go through each treatment i've tried, what worked and didn't work, my current skin problems and a new treatment plan. At my last dermatologist, I rarely saw the doctor that the entire practice was named for. So really, I was going to this practice based on the reputation of a person I met once and the bulk of my consultations were with physicians assistants. Dr. Behroozan handles each appointment directly and I never felt rushed. Very happy to have found Dr. Behroozan and my skin looks better already.

Wow. Dr. Behroozan changed my life. For years and years I've been suffering from chronic excema. My entire body head to toe was unbearably itchy and irritated. Dr. B hooked me up with the best medications and laser treatments. I've been to several dermatologists prior to seeing Dr. B. -- all whom told my I was out of luck. Dr. B literally changed my life trendiest. I am no longer embarrassed by the red bumps on my face, neck, and body...because guess what?! They're all gone!!!! Thank you Dr. B! :)

I feel so blessed and lucky to have found Dr Behroozan. I had a small cyst on my face, I wanted checked and removed. Dr Behroozan is such a caring and compassionate gentleman, he truly cares for his patients. He is reassuring, knowledgeable, explains everything and takes the time to answer any questions I have. I feel welcome, assured and know I am in the best of hands. He is a meticulous Artist, I wish I had found him sooner, by far the best Dermatologist I have been to, and I have been to many as I had a long career as a model, so how my skin looks is very important to me. My skin is looking perfect, and no scar from the stitches. I highly recommend Dr Behroozan, his Staff are also friendly and very professional. Five stars all the way! Forget the rest He's the Best.

Dr. Behroozan is a dermatological angel sent from heaven! It all started off with an extreme case of cystic adult acne at the ripe age of 31. The kind of acne that hurt - even to rest my head on a pillow. I'm generally not a self-conscious person, but my skin had reached a point where going out in public, even with makeup on, was hard. Coming to work and interacting with clients was especially embarrassing because I felt like people were constantly looking at the mounds on my face. As soon as one pimple would heal, another would pop up elsewhere, until my face was a full blown pizza! I had never dealt with severe acne growing, only the occasional monthly pimple caused by hormones. Definitely nothing as extreme as it had become over the last year or so. I tried everything - I bought a plethora of OTC treatments - none worked (proactiv didn't work either). I would try at home remedies - those didn't work (side note - toothpaste burned my skin lol!). I went to an aesthetician… who would do acne extractions and facials - other than looking like a meth addict, those did nothing for me. I even changed up my diet to no avail. Something wasn't right! I went to see Dr. Behroozan, and he took action! Right away he said that I could continue using the OTC stuff til the cows come home, but my problem seemed to be internal, and that's why nothing was working. So he put me on a high dose of antibiotics (doxycycline) and a triple threat of topical creams and face wash. Within the first week the number of cystic pimples/inflammation reduced. The pain slowly went away too. And now, not only has my skin cleared up, It's got a glow to it, and people actually compliment me on my skin. I know it sounds cheesy and even somewhat dramatic, but no one can understand the mental issues you face when your face is as gross as mine was, until you actually go through it yourself m- especially at my age. Thanks Dr. Behroozan - I can say that you honestly changed my life!!! :)

I had been seeing Dr. Behroozan for a few years to treat acitinic keratosis lesions. I noticed a mole, which I had since birth, had changed and went to Dr. Behroozan to have him look at it. He excised it and sent it out for biopsy. Within one week he called me to report it was malignant melanoma. The worst call I have ever had in my life! Yet what he did for me was truly amazing. He said during that call that he had arranged for me to have the best surgeon in town see me immediately to have it removed. He had also contacted my general practictioner to advise him what was going on. I saw the surgeon and he did remove the surrounding area of the mole, as well as did a procedure called mapping, and removed 3 sentinel lymph nodes. This was done one week after we got the initial biopsy report. One week after surgery we got notifeid that the surround tissue and lymph nodes were clear of any melanoma, the quick action was the key, it had not had a chance to spreaed anywhere. I… dodged a bullet and got a second shot at life. Dr. Behroozan really took the time and effort to get me into surgery asap and I now understand that is the key to nipping it in the bud and stopping it from spreading. I am grateful to his keen awareness of this and that he took upon himself to get me into treatment as soon as possible and with the best surgeon in town. I have also been referred to the best oncologist in town by Dr. Behroozan and I am extremely happy with him as well. He is so caring and as you can read from my personal experience he steps up to the plate for his patients and does his best to hit a home run for you. In my case he hit a grand slam! He's a rock star! Oh by the way his office staff is just as great as him, super nice and helpful and very down to earth none of the arrogance or indifference I have received from other doctor's staff. If you read his resume you will see how smart he is, he is truly the best dermatologist in town.

Dr. Behroozan is the most self-confident professional I have encountered in the Los Angeles area. He has a no-nonsense personal approach to his practice. I visited the Santa Monica location where the office is clean, bright and the staff is exceptional. They are passionate about their practice, well-informed of insurance policies, and welcoming. Without question, Dr. Behroozan is the ONLY dermatologist I would reccomend.He performed (2) biopsies with ease and precision and I have a follow-up visit within 10 days. I will have several cysts removed from my scalp, too. With a history of skin cancer (10 years ago), I know he will uncover my issues and I will be on the road to better health.My advice: stop searching the net! Call for an appointment today! He's the best of the best.My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.

Dr. Daniel Behroozan was the worst dermatologist I have EVER encountered! He barely glanced at my problem scars, and then brutally performed laser without discussing my options with me first. He didn't even bother asking how I was doing when he was performing laser on me. My scars look worse then when I came into the office! The staff there were pretty rude too. To anyone that is looking for a dermatologist, DO NOT go here.
