Wonderful caring Dr..One in a Million these days. Would highly RECCOMEND!! Thank you Dr Berner.

Very rude staff, with terse tones of voice, and no one apologized for me having to wait an hour. Dr. Berner did not explain anything he was doing to me. At the start of the appointment he asked me questions, but interrupted me as I tried to give answers (if you aren't going to listen to the patient, why ask questions?). He could have asked me to tilt my neck instead of grabbing it and jerking it down, which was extremely painful, surprising, and required me to use an ice pack on it the rest of the day. Other doctors would have warned me that a procedure would hurt, but Dr. Berner didn't. He didn't stop and ask what was wrong when I cried out in pain. He didn't explain that he put a tube in my ear until after he had already inserted it. He didn't stay to answer any questions after the procedure, leaving the exam room as soon as he could. I wandered around a bit before finding the exit to the lobby.

Don't expect a follow up since there wasn't a problem. Dr. Berner was recommended by a friend. He is thorough; takes his time; doesn't make you feel rushed. Highly recommend

Dr. Berner is a terrific doctor and took care of my deviated septum and sinus problems. Highly recommend him and his office.
