Dr. Daniel Edward Boyle, MD

I’ve been his patient for about 12 years. He is superb in all aspects of treatment. I can walk in in trouble and b in surgery the next day if not that same night. I have chronic bad kidney stones with history of sepsis from them and before him I had part of my kidney removed due to stone scar damage. I fully trust him with my life

I went to boyle because I had seen him in past, and needed an opinion for an upcoming reference. He is some kind of far right wing kook, that does n t believe in anyone having past injuries or anything against his ant veteran beliefs He is rude, and self serving, with his staff frightened of him. I recommend seeing someone else with an open mind, with more modern practices.

I have had a long excellent doctor/patient relationship with Dr. Boyle. His previous surgical skills and follow-up at my hospital stays and office appointments have always been made my experience less stressful than with other medical practitioners. He constantly educates patients, puts them at ease & finds way to make treatments painless. I highly recommend Dr. Boyle as a urologist.

I saw Dr. Boyle one time to discuss an option to a condition that I was frequently having. Before I could see him on a follow up visit after my ex rays were done I ended up in the hospital. This just happened to be a Saturday and the doctor who was taking care of me needed some medical information from him. This being a Saturday he was at home and because his computer was down he stopped what he was doing and went to his office and got the information she needed. Not only did I find him to be kind and helpful but so was his staff. When we left the office on one of my visits and was about to get in to our van, we left something on the counter when checking out, the staff member ran out of the office to give it to us! Each time I have been there everybody has always been courteous and professional. I would also like to add that the waiting room and the exam rooms are well lit and clean!

The staff was kind and helpful. My experience with this office was very positive. The physician was knowledgeable and treated me with respect and dignity. I would certainly recommend this practice to my friends and family.

My husband was referred to Dr. Boyle by our family physician. The day of the appointment we arrived early so he could fill out the new patient paperwork. As we sat in the waiting room we were subjected to a nurse discussing her upcoming move. That was all she talked about, right down to a conversation she had with her landlord. She came to get my husband and I stood up to go with him. She told me she was going to have him give a urine sample and I didnt need to come back yet. So, I sat back down. That was the last I saw of her. After more than 20 minutes I realized what had happened. She had left! She was more concerned about what was going on in her personal life than her job. I did not get to meet the doctor or speak with him.When the exam was finished the woman at the front desk scheduled my husband for a CT scan. I heard her tell him that they would be calling him that afternoon. This was on Friday. Monday, at 4:50 p.m. when we had not heard anything my husband called… their office. He was told that the doctor was not in and that he could speak to him on Wednesday when he came in for his appointment. My husband told her he had not been told to make an appointment for Wednesday and to his knowledge he did not have one. She offered no help. She did not confirm an appointment or make one for him. In disgust, my husband hung up.The next morning I contacted our family physicians office and was told by the nurse that she had been trying to contact Dr. Boyles office to find out the CT scan results. She said that no one answered the phone! To make matters worse, we suspect that my husband has a kidney stone and has been in pain for some time.I have never encountered a more unprofessional or inept office staff in my life. In the event that a medical procedure is called for it will not be done by this practice.

Apparently this office has a "No Children" policy. Although my one year old son and I waited patiently and quietly in the waiting room for well over an hour, no staff member advised me of this. After Dr. Boyle directed me into his office to give me my test results I had been nervously waiting for, he began to be very condescending to me in regards to my son. At the end of our conversation Dr. Boyle then rudely advised me that at my next appointment I was not to bring my son. He continued on, past the point of explaining office policy into the area of harassment. His behavior an attitude towards my child and in front of my child were unjustified and unacceptable. I could tell by the overwhelming amount of support I received from his staff that this was not the first time that a patient had left in tears, not because of any medical news they had anxiously been waiting weeks to hear, but because of the way that they were treated by him. Upon his office managers request I have submitted a… formal written complaint to her, Dr. Boyle's director, my referring physician and the American Medical Association.
