childhood dentist did jail time for scamming insurance companies giving people unnecessary fillings. I had about 20. he referred me to orthodontist for braces who wanted to "crack open the roof of (my) mouth" as part of the braces process. my munchaussen-by-proxy mother bought into this b.s. but I refused and met his high pressure sales tactics by threatening to run screaming into his waiting room and telling all his patients why. he invited "us" back if I changed my mind. the guy who pulled my wisdom teeth when I was just 18 wore a bow tie and stepped on my arm while positioning his foot on the arm of the chair to get enough leverage to pull. had one good referral from a friend, but insurance changed... this one uses tools that would feature on antiques road show. set appointment to have tooth pulled in so much pain from filling that fell out months before, had cleaning and was told by dentist that I had to come back. WTH! Came back and his metallic needle for injecting… anesthesia was less painful than the rest of that visit. He didn't use enough, didn't believe I was still able to feel, pulled more until I just screamed. he suggested that if it hurt that much, he'd have to refer me to a dental surgeon and that it would take weeks to get an appointment. I figured 5 minutes of pain would be worth the several weeks as it became more unendurable. so I committed myself to feeling pain and we continued. he was upset when I couldn't contain the yell. fingers dug into his chair. ordeal lasted over 15 minutes. during that time he slipped and chipped a tooth on the other side of my mouth and later I discovered BROKE the tooth behind the one he removed. and I wasn't even screaming when he slipped... well, my son had to have a filling, but tried him anyhow despite my reservation: it fell out within 3 months. now I have to have the broken tooth removed-too much pain. and I see his name on the list of providers... -.- humbly suggest you just run.

my kids and I are very happy with this office. The wait time is minimal and the office staff is friendly. I like that dr Breuer personally cleans your teeth. We came to him because our prior dentist made recommendations we thought were unnecessary and dr Breuer agreed and helped us reach a better result.

I was appalled at the office when I arrived. The girls are very nice, and the dentist was great, esp with my boys. I just couldnt understand why the place looked like such a crap hole. Also, they MADE me pay a 50$ cancellation fee that was completely bologna. My appt was on a Tuesday, I had tried to cancel on Saturday because of impending snow, I knew I wouldnt get a ride, but 24 hours like they asked for. They were not open the 24 hours ahead of my appt..in fact, they were closed sunday and monday...I even had left a message on the sketchy voicemail where it says "don't leave a message" , But that was all I had to make sure I called. So I still had to pay to fee in order to reschedule. If you have a 24 hour cancellation policy, make sure people can reach you 24 hours in advance. My boys liked it there and its a shame. I was also close with his son who is deceased.
