He is very personable and has a wonderful bedside manner. This was the first time we had the pleasure to meet him and my husband and I both felt comfortable and were pleased with the suggestions he was able to offer. He patiently listened to my concerns, it is a wonderful feeling too be heard. Thank you so much!
