Dr. Daniel Allan Burns, MD

I admit I was worried about having a tooth pulled but the staff’s confidence was quick to ease my mind. Very professional and personable staff even got some cooking hints as the batter was amusing during the procedure.

Both he and his assistant were not good at explaining procedures and reassuring patients. The assistant was very abrasive in her demeanor. Both seemed defensive and annoyed with questions or concerns.

Simply the best. That is the only way I can explain how I feel.

The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Burns gentle and caring. He is meticulous about explaining procedures in easily understood terms. He treated me with the greatest courtesy and respect. I never felt that I was "being talked down to" or that he was dismissive about my questions or concerns. He was honest and forthright in answering, even when it might not be what I wanted to hear. I never believed going to a dentist could be such an anxiety reducing experience!
