Dr. Daniel Walton Canfield, MD

After 2 surgeries on my broken hip and 1 on my shattered femur I ended up with Staph infection. I was allowed to walk on my leg before it had healed properly so it never did heal. The infection was only being controlled but not by him. He could have cared less. My infectious disease Dr finally referred me to a Dr in Spokane. The Dr in Spokane was my saving Grace. It has been almost 2 years and I am finally able to start walking again. Another thing about Dr Canfield is he never saw me after the surgeries. I saw his assistant Cecilia Ohman. In my opinion she doesn't have enough training to be doing all the follow up on Dr Canfields patients.

Dr. Canfield ruined my life after performing surgery on my wrist. He put the hardware in wrong and my bones never healed. I then developed CRPS. This man abandoned me and told me it was all in my head! I went the UW medical Center where I was properly diagnosed and treated for my disease of CRPS. See you in court Dr. Canfield!

The day Dan Canfield operated on my back was the end of life as I knew it. I will never be able to walk unassisted due to his carelessness. Find a competent surgeon. He is not one.

Bad experience , do not recommend

Would not listen to complaint, failed to provide proper medical treatment.
