Dr. Daniel James Cantillon

Had cryoablation surgery with Dr. Cantillon in Dec 2010. I am asthmatic and had occular myasthenia gravis at time of surgery and now have Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I've had no recurrence of AFIB and take no heart meds. Will recommend Dr. Cantillon to my 25 and 26 year old sons who are getting AFIB symptoms.

I had seen Dr. Cantillon twice before my emergency with a a fractured lead that keeps me 100% paced. My alarm went off and I got in and was admitted the same day. He was in surgery that day but came to me between surgeries to explain the seriousness of the situation and what they would do to protect my life until a new lead could be put in. He is so easy to talk to and he listens and values what you have to say.

Plain and simple; if you want to be his patient you have to agree not to die and not to stroke. His patients fall in line and do as told routinely. I have been converted for A-Fib by him and he did an my 3rd ablation. I have had other non-Cleveland Clinic doctors do the same. Cantillon's methods/skills are remarkable and unique and the impact is lasting. His follow up medication choices are scientfically sound and carefully justified. I know physicians from the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins. I kniw several department heads within the Clinic itseIf. have designed and built cardiology labs at Columbia Presbyterian, Mount Sinai (NYC), NYU, Albert Einstein and Thomas Jefferson. I have never encountered a more well informed, knowledgeable and skilled physician. Cantillon is absolutely unbelieveable.
