Very professional. Fixed my bunions. I saw him at the Highland Hts office.

I called office while on my way to ask about directions as GPS would not provide info. I made appointment for Sagamore Hills office even though it is much farther than Mayfield Hts. office because I would only have to wait a week vs.3-4. I was told that I was the last patient of the day and they were waiting for me. This was 20 mins. before scheduled time. Office called me almost 5 mins before asking me what I was coming for and where exactly I was because Dr. had to go to hospital to see patients(not for emergency). I was then told my appointment was being cancelled because I had not been there in 7 yrs and they would need time to get an update and examine me. I explained that I went to a lot of trouble to leave work early, (not to mention loss of pay), and office worker told me if I would need to reschedule! Needless to say, I didn't. I will not go back.

Poor follow up. Botched part of the surgery and would not help rectify. Never go for treatment again.
