Dr. Chevy is a very thorough and caring doctor. He has taken such care of my elderly mom. I would definitely recommend him

have accompanied an older relative to several visits. Dr. Chevy is extremely patient, knowledgable and a great explainer, and is always on time. Would highly recommend him!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Chevy. He cancelled without explanation three days before the appointment. His assistant or nurse called me multiple times during the day to let me know (which is fine, but I work so I’m not always able to answer my personal cell.) Because she’s not able to reach me within two hours of first trying, she CALLS MY EMERGENCY CONTACT TWICE, of course he thinks that I’m dying because he’s an EMERGENCY contact. I call back on my break, no answer. Calls my emergency contact AGAIN (still thinks I must be dying because she won’t tell him WHY she’s calling, only that she HAS to reach me RIGHT AWAY.) Finally, we get in contact and I reschedule my appointment for two weeks later (by that time, my prescriptions that I need him to refill will be run out and there’s nothing I can do about it). I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment only to find out that the doctor USED to work at the location that he’s listed at online and he now works at a different one.… So I frantically get in my car and type in the name of the place they gave me. I get there and it’s some strip mall psychiatrist’s office. Google maps has the wrong address. So I look up the place AGAIN and have to manually type it into my phone. I call the office to explain that I have been wandering around lost for half an hour and am now two minutes away. No one answers. I show up THREE MINUTES LATE and they say “nope, you’ll have to reschedule.” Lady at the front office was very nice, Dr Chevy is a complete waste of time. Should have read his other reviews before scheduling with him.

Horrible experience. After losing our medical records, Dr. Chevy refused to see my son. He does not care about his patients at all. Even when his office makes a mistake, and they make A LOT of them, he punishes us. After waiting for several months to be seen, he refused to see him on the day of the appointment. We don’t need an uncaring doctor like that in our lives. Better to know this now than to find out later. Thanks for nothing, Dr Chevy.
