My wife was t boned on her way to work she was going to a doctor for 6 years he was shut down so she went last week and was told to get a referral from her primary so she did a week later she comes back with the proper paper work and was refused treatment because she was a patient at the other doctor . We will be filling a complaint with the state medical board ! No ethics

I’m an African American woman, which is very equivocal because I’m very light skinned. I went to this doctor not only to enable me in minimizing my chronic pain but also to support a black owned business. When i first walked in it was very refreshing to see signs on the wall that the doctor prays at certain days at 7pm with his patients. I don’t know just seeing that made me smile. As minutes went by i found those signs to be complete absurdity due to the level of ignorance, unprofessionalism, discrimination and racism i endured. I asked an older Spanish lady with glasses could i use the bathroom she told me she worked upstairs and new patients have to wait for some other lady that she explains walks to work. Let me emphasize i asked her this at 8:15am. She even went on to tell me I’m not even allowed in there until 8:30.However, i was told to be there at 8. I asked her was there anywhere in the vicinity i could use the bathroom she said no. I explained to her i dropped my husband… off at an airport in New Jersey and drove over 2hrs and really had to use the bathroom. She still wouldn’t let me use it said she worked upstairs. The girl who she explained walked to work arrived at 9am she had an accent. She came in i asked her could i use the bathroom bc i was told i had to wait for her. She exchanged words with the Spanish lady and said no because i was missing my discharge letter out of the paperwork i was suppose to bring. She spoke to me very rudely. I started to cry, I’m mad at myself for even crying bc when you do that in front of those type of breed of woman you give them power and satisfaction. She tried 2x’s to shove my paper at me i explained to her she can’t deny me access to a PA or doctor. She finally let me use the bathroom and told me to have a seat. At that point i didn’t want to be a patient there my only goal was to get to the back in hopes to see the doctor to speak with him on how badly i was treated. A new girl came in a hour after me at 9:30. She was seen before me at approx 10:15. and i asked her to ask to use the bathroom just to see if everyone was treated with such disdain. My feelings were validated when i seen she was seen before me and allowed to use the bathroom without any issues. I was called back at 11:15. Let me emphasize the Spanish lady who said i couldn’t use the bathroom bc she worked upstairs walked me to the back with the PA and stayed in the room with me. I reiterated to her what she said about me not being able to use the restroom bc she “worked upstairs” and she said, “no i just couldn’t let you use the bathroom bc you had to pee in a cup”, which was a mendacious statement. Let me emphasize i never peed in a cup. The PA was very kind and professional explained to me what was missing from my paperwork and what needed to be obtained. There was a younger Spanish girl that worked there that was also friendly. I never got to speak to the doctor or see him. I work for a surgeon and in politics. I spoke with both of them about how significantly repugnant my entire experience was. They gave me numbers to medical boards and other agencies to report them. However, I’m ambivalent bc I’m not certain the doctor is even is aware of how his staff is. However, i highly recommend he not only prays w his patients but for his staff bc they need prayer. The evil and bad energy those two woman exuded was pitiful and hurtful. I reached out to a couple doctors who are friends of my family in hopes they know the doctors there so they can help shed light on my experience. I hope the doctor is completely unaware of how those ladies are because if he isn’t i will use every resource, my platform and education to make sure no one endured the discrimination and racism i endured while at this establishment. A doctors office should be nothing but caring and professional.

He is a great doctor nowhere near a pill mill checks all your mris and verifys with the hospital and I tyred to get 15 milligram tablets instead of tens and he said no every time not a pill mill strict by the book doctor
