Dr. Daniel Henriques Coelho, MD

I had a Stapedectomy in both ears. I highly recommend Dr.Coelho and his staff. He was so kind and explained everything to me. He also was so considerate to talk to my parents after the surgery to let them know how things went. I had a great experience at the Stony Point center. The nurses were so helpful!

This doctor is highly competent and answers questions intelligibly. Unfortunately, his staff makes it very hard to get an appointment. I had severe pain in my only good ear and they insisted I had to wait to be seen for 6 weeks. I had to see someone in another practice who then had to insist I be followed up by Dr. Coelho. A poorly run office where an established patient can't get a timely appointment is very bad for a practice. Also, his nurse wrote a chart note saying she left a voicemail on my cell phone. As we all know, incoming calls always show up in a cell's log and it never happened.

I think that he did not listen to me and my concerns. I went there for a reason and he dismissed me and made my concerns unheard. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Thorough, patient, friendly. Excellent judgement and a true patient advocate. Exceptional surgical skills.
