The worst and I mean WORST service ever. Don't spend your hard working money here

Complete lack of respect for his patients and constantly new staff. He doesn't listen to your problems and concerns , orders testing that isn't necessary and passes denied amounts to you. I recently found out my lab work from a few years ago was denied, out of the no where I got a bill from a few years ago I am being charged thousands of dollars because they sent my labs to a place that wasn't contracted with my insurance and the company has filed BK and no longer exists but I will have to pay several thousand to some debt company. after researching I found out the Dr.s that used this lab got some kind of kickback for using them. He doesn't care about anything other than money, its difficult to get an appointment recently they told me he is seeing his botox people and jokingly said that's where the money is. WHAT??? . What about patient care, isn't that why people become Dr's... His actions show he doesn't care, he is rude , doesn't listen and cuts you off. He prescribes… medications that aren't what you need or just gives you pain medication and doesn't figure out what is wrong. He said "I'm the Dr not you" and if you have any outstanding balance he will tell you he wont see you again if you cant pay it all, I wouldn't have a balance if they did things right and I have NEVER gotten a bill from his office. Oh' he also tries to sell you on his spa services, botox and some laser procedures he does, again only money matters to this arrogant man. He has no limits to his appalling behavior, you can hear all his chatting and obnoxious inappropriate conversations with his reps and his assistant from the exam room where you will sit for an excessive amount of time. He has no respect of your time or health concerns. I wont be returning to Dr Coopers office, I caution anyone thinking of going there for health reasons or his weird inner twined spa business... DONT!!! He's a cocky, disrespectful and shouldn't have a medical license. All his BAD reviews I'm sure are truthful. Research for yourselves. GO ELSEWHERE!!! I wouldn't give him 1 star if it wasn't required.

DR.Cooper is a good doctor, no complaints. I do however, have too many complaints to list concerning the office staff. I don't think I've ever had any follow through from the staff as promised. I'm currently going through a 3 day clusterf**ck just trying to get a prescription filled. It was supposedly filled the first day I called, then not. On day 2 I was advised I'd get a phone call - called twice after not receiving a phone call, and now the office is closed. Most frustrating experience ever. It's like working with a state agency

5 days ago I was in a horrible freeway rear ended collision. I made an appointment to see Dr. Cooper on the 4th day (Monday) because it happened on a Friday late afternoon & their office closes at 5pm daily. I have never been in a rear end collision so for the exception of shock, I thought I felt okay, no broken bones. When I called to schedule an appointment, the following Monday 12/21, the receptionist asked me if I was calling for "spa" treatment or if my visit was for medical. I told her my "medical" problem and she wanted to know if I wanted to see the nurse or the doctor. I said the doctor, I am in pain. I went in as scheduled at 3:30 pm. I saw his latest intern instead, not my choosing. He could tell my back and neck were strained at he very least and prescribed 2 pain killers. When I left the office I saw Dr. Cooper "chatting it up" with an associate while holding up the counter, in between patients I suppose. Due to my chart, the man could have written a script… for me right then and there ! By the time I drove to the pharmacy (20) minutes later, they had not received e-script. The pharmacy called my Dr.'s office at 4:30 and said he was seeing his last patient and would deal with it after his patient left. pharmacy never received it until Cooper's office finally sent it off at 9:11am on Tuesday the next morning. Meanwhile my back and neck hurts even worse. When I called his office at 8:30 this morning, that is when they open, the receptionist apologized after I told her my story by yelling at her, I then apologized knowing it was not her fault and told her so. I also told her that I am in pain and Dr. Could have written a script for me yesterday if I would have known !!! She told me she was sorry and hat she understood. Then when I called back at noon, receptionist had me talk to a nurse who told me it was sent off at 9:11am this morning !!! And, that I had no right to yell and curse at "her" receptionist. So I started to raise my voice and said that I thought this treatment was UNBELEIVABLE !!!!! She said if I did not stop yelling she was going to get Dr. Cooper on the line and that I was not the only patient they have !!!! I then told her not to worry because I was never going to be seeing her OR Dr. Daniel Cooper again!!!! 1pm: I have waited an hour at the pharmacy for the Dr. to return their call so they can sell me a "generic" brand for one of the medications otherwise yhey will have to order the non generic prescribed for me.....

I had an appointment scheduled that I made over a month ago. When I arrived, the gal at the front desk, said no we don't have you down as a new patient to be seen. I said, you have to be kidding me? Not only did I take time off from work to be seen, but now I can't be seen, because you have all these other patients waiting to be seen. And I had a scheduled appointment. I did see Dr. Cooper walk by and he looks old, tired, sluggish and not a doctor of youth and happiness. With that being said, my gut said to "RUN" out of the office, which I did in horror. Unbelievable staff and is there someone investigating this practice, because it appears he runs the practice as though you are in a third world country.

Daniel Cooper, would not honor an MRI that was accepted IN his office by his insurance people. He said it did not apply. The PA who accepted was not there the next time I went. I was charged $5000.00 that he knew he had OKAYED. Half his office left after that and many patients followed, myself included.Buyer beware. It is all about profit for his office.

In the 3 years I have been a patient, I have never once seen Dr. Cooper. I couldn't even tell you what he looks like. Last year was the last straw. All of the below occurred last year. But the vaccination and the paralysis visit issues ended it for me. When I called the office to inquire about past vaccinations my son has received, I wanted a copy of the whopping cough vaccination. The office told me he never had the vaccine at their office. And that my son would have to have a full physical before being vaccinated, despite my son having had a physical (same office) just months before. I was not about to pay out of pocket for another physical in less than a year. Fortunately, my son has dual insurance. We scheduled his vaccination with another office and I ordered a copy of my son's vaccine records to be sent to the other doctor. 3 days later, I get a return phone call from Cooper's explaining my son had the whopping cough vaccine as part of his tetnus shot. Nice job office. Earlier… that same year my son was experiencing temporary facial paralysis. I brought him into the office when the paralysis was no longer visible. I was notified to return my son to the office when (if) the paralysis returned. When the paralysis did return I called the office, made an appointment, took time off of work (and son's school). The drive from home is 40 minutes. When I arrived at the office I was told Dr. Cooper had left for the day. When I insisted/begged/pleaded for my son to be seen by someone else, that same day, because the staff told me the paralysis was key to the exam and was temporary, the front office staff told me no way was I getting an appointment that day, but I could schedule one for 3 weeks. When I later returned for my son's physical I was outright told I should have insisted I get a spot that same day as the paralysis. What was I to have done, walked past the front desk and sat my son in an exam room? Likewise, with me ... I have had an infection for 3 years which the office cannot apparently diagnose or treat. I have been given oral antibiotics, and a topical cream. They act like it is nothing. Upon my last physical I called to make my annual exam appointment and stated that I had a question about such and such that I needed to discuss. Well, the exam went fine, but when I went to ask about such and such the NP Vicky flat out told me that "she" didn't have time to discuss such and such and I should have mentioned that at the time of scheduling my appointment. Face Palm. Um, I testily told her I had done exactly that. Last year (same year as my son's issues) I needed a follow up referral for a radiology appointment. I was told the referral would be sent. I made the follow up appointment with the radiology lab 3 weeks in the future, plenty of time to send a referral for a follow up visit. A day before my radiology appointment I called Cooper's office to confirm the referral was sent and the NP confirmed she had sent it. I arrived at the radiology lab, was undressed and then on my way to testing I was told Cooper's office never sent the referral, which of course made me go back to my cube and wait half undressed while the radiology office sorted out the problem. I once had a 2 hour annual routine exam with an NP extern. Other than the NP extern no other staff knew I was still sitting in an exam room, not until I left the exam to return to the front desk. They all claimed they thought I left hours ago. You know, the problem was that I took an extended lunch break from work. This caused me to work less than my scheduled hours and cause me to be penalized at work. I never got return follow up on any blood work. Fortunately, I have bio-metric screening through my employer, which then leaves me to research and correct any issues on my own (like high glucose count). BTW, I did correct that on my own. This office has no time to help correct or treat any issues.

Dr Cooper has been running Groupon ads for botox, laser vein removal, and laser hair removal. After some investigation I found out he has only purchased his new laser 2 WEEKS AGO!! He is now practicing on his Groupon patients without any experience whatsoever!! He no longer has time for his regular patients because he is so focused on his cosmetics. I think hes just happy he gets to see naked girls every day now. He's gone off the edge. I'm never going back!

NEVER ON TIME!! This dr consistently starts 20-30 min late. I am often put into a room to wait, only to find out he wasn't even in the office ready to start! His staff should make people aware if the good dr decided to sleep in! He has great PA's, but I will never see him again. He has no respect for other peoples time.
