Dr. Daniel S Cosgrove, MD

He is a great doctor. I have been going to him for almost 20 years. I have recommended others who have found him to be excellent and who have had him find things other doctors did not. He does NOT accept any insurance. His practice is a yearly fee for concierge medical help. I do my physicals yearly with him as well. One complaint here was he was a doctor for the wealthy....for me quick service, excellent around the clock call backs and top medical evaluations are worth it. I have tried other doctors using approved insurance...getting appointments timely and connecting to doctors is almost impossible. NOT with Dr. Dan.

Dr. Cosgrove is excellent at providing a comprehensive plan to improve your health. I have been a patient for a number of years and have also referred several friends with serious medical conditions to him for treatment. He takes a great deal of time to examine you and explain things to you personally. I highly recommend him.

I have been to many Dr.'s over the years with the same complaint. It wasn't until I meet Dr. Cosgrove that he found the problem and it wasn't a matter of weeks or months, but in the very first visit. The problem I had wasn't minor either. When I first met him I told him I was going to be a challenge. He said he was up for the challenge and was confident he could help me, which he did. When you are given an appointment time, you are seen at that time. No, waiting whatsoever. The entire staff is very kind and considerate. Dr. Cosgrove spends quality time with his patients in trying to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Cosgrove explains your health in terms that you can understand. His follow-up, phone calls, emails, and visits are filled with his genuine concern over his patients overall health. I am amazed at how fast and convenient tests are done and also the ease of getting his patients to specialists when needed. I had reviewed a comment on here how expensive he is, that he… doesn't take medical insurance or medi-care and only the wealthy can go to him. This is not the case at all. In fact I am not wealthy and I do have insurance. His office staff works to their utmost to get me the proper paperwork that I can send to my insurance company and get reimbursed. Not everything is reimbursed and if nothing was I know that he and I would find a way to make it work so that I could see him. For me, if I had to borrow the money I would because one cannot put a price on their health. There is no Dr. out there that takes insurance that spends the amount of time, care, concern and energy that Dr. Daniel Cosgrove and his highly efficient spend on their patients. The ratings on this site do not go high enough for me--I would give them 10 stars out of 10!! Dr. Cosgrove has not only saved my life once, but twice.
