Love Dr. Crabb. My husband and I have been seeing him for 25 years.

Really doesn't use good common sense when prescribing medications! Also has a sarcastic personality.

This used to be a terrific medical office then they joined St. Vincent for more money. Now they do not listen to your problems and are constantly late for appointments. Too bad I used to like them a lot but absolutely no longer.

Great doctor, works with you to find out whats wrong.

This office is fine if you are just getting a check up and have no real health concerns. They really push the meds and then more meds to counter the original. The dr. seemed very put off by my asking for a specialist referral. I did all my own paperwork and pre certification with insurance, which is rediculous! If you have more than 1 issue to discuss w/ dr. you have to make additional appts, which is just a way to make money from me and insurance. Separate appt. for medication checks, with copay, another appt. for cold, and another for an ongoing health issue! The dr. is in and out so don't bother asking a lot of questions b/c they don't have the time. It has gotten much worse since they joined St. Vincent's network and they don't use email, txt, or online reporting of medical issues (which is one of the reasons I like St. V) In all, I have had more thorough Doctors at the local med check. When i expressed concern over new medication and if I was ok to drive/ operate… machinery as I work in a factory he acted like I was an idiot. Afterall, I'm not a professional in medicine and I expect my dr. to address my concerns about side effects before giving me medication.

Dr. Crabb is very kind and caring. He listens and never makes me feel insignificant. When needing an appointment for illness, we've always been seen that same day. My biggest complaint is getting lab test results. There is supposed to be a phone-in system but my results are never there when I call.

Dr. Crabb is a caring individual. He is helpful for general medical problems. However, if something is more complex he often refers to a specialist. He is an excellent family doctor for general ailments and has a good bedside manner. He listens to concerns, is kind and considerate, and is inquisitive. The nursing staff is generally very good as well. The office is very good about making appointments even last minute if it is important to be seen quickly.
