Dr. Cyphers is an excellent dentist. He has always been caring and compassionate always doing his best. To prevent pain.

Been seeing this dentist for several years now. Always friendly staff. Always gentle with my teeth. I recently got my teeth pulled and developed dry socket. The oral surgeon who extracted them was not in and I would have to wait till the next day to see him. However, I had already gone all weekend with excruciating pain. As a last resort I called dr cyphers office; he saw me that same day. Just a few hours after I called. He was uncomfortable packing it since he was not who extracted my teeth, and the socket was so close to the nerve, but he did offer prescription pain meds that helped immensely as I have been having trouble sleeping and working a whole shift without breaking out in tears. I am so grateful he saw me with such short notice.

Went in to the office with a toothache. I knew they could not pull it that day. He gave me pain medication and antibiotics. I call back a week later so I could come in to get it pull. They told me it would be a month later.

I paid for a crown in the amount of $1000, with insurance. The Dr placed a temporary crown on tooth which subsequently fell off. I called the office and informed the staff that I needed an appt ASAP to affix the permanent crown or secure the temporary crown back on my tooth. I was informed by staff that they had no appointments until a month later. Hence, they would not treat me for an emergency situation to fix the problem. I had to seek help from another dentist to secure the temporary crown until I could obtain an appointment at Dr. Cyphers to finish his work. After finally getting in to his office to place the permanent crown, I was informed that I needed a new cast of the tooth because during the wait time my teeth had changed and the permanent crown no longer fit. I informed the Dr of the situation with his staff and his answer was that I had cancelled my first appointment due to a family emergency, and he offered no apology for his staff's actions regarding the situation.… It was as if they were punishing me for cancelling my original appt by making me wait another month to receive proper treatment. It was a very stressful experience and I received no assistance or understanding from him or his staff. The only comment he made he directed to his staff member while I was sitting in the chair by stating, "I guess it's a Monday." He obviously has enough work so as not to bother with customer service and/or common courtesy.

Dr.Daniel D Ciphers and staff gave me a warm family type of environment, They kept well aware of what they were doing.. very professional dentist office.. I have already recommended a client for them and said she was going.. Thanks. Dr D Daniel Cyphers.. I don't want to forget the front desk she's very knowledgeable. Awesome
