I usually don't right negative reviews like this but there is absolutely no excuse to wait 1 1/2 hours for a five minute post op visit. Explanation was a new computer program. Most of the people that came into the office after my mother was seen before she was and that was after I questioned why we were still waiting for her appt.

Dr. Dale and his staff were highly considerate, and the medical care was excellent!

Dr Dale did an awesome job on my eyes. He and his entire staff were so caring, helpful and professional.

Do your homework and find another provider.

I had DCR surgery in January. Dr. Dale was great. I can't say enough. He was very thorough and was able to make the correct diagnosis. The surgery went very well with little scaring. The staff is friendly as well. I would recommend Dr. Dale to anyone planning to have this surgery.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dale. He operated on my mother (age 95). He saw her on a Thursday and performed the surgery on Friday. He was scheduled to be on vacation which he cancel in order to perform the surgery. He took the time prior to, to explain the surgery to my mother and me. ****

I had minimal bruising by the time post op came around it was almost gone.
