The office staff is unprofessional and unaccommodating. No one ever has an answer to any question but claims everyone is busy and though they say they will call back, they do not. The average wait time is hours. I’ve never been to a practice where the front desk girls are yawning, laughing and the physicians assistant is picking off her dark nail polish that drops to the examining room floor as she talks to a patient. Her manner is crass and belligerent barking out what cancers you might have when in reality you had a UTI that responded to antibiotics but had a CAT scan before the medicine had time to be effective thus exposing you to radiation you didn’t need to have. There was no discussion of wait and see but instead forms to fill out which felt more like a hussle than true caring and compassion. An awful experience. The physician was asked to call patient at the end of his day but did not. Results of CAT scan are always available to drs in a matter of hours. I would… advise anyone to find another doctor if you like to be treated respectfully, with compassion and humanity.

All that's missing is a gun and a mask.$300 for new patients plus lab fees and 5 minutes of his time. Go elsewhere if you need treatment.
