"Genuine" Actually cares about his patients. Practices real health care, is not owned by the insurance companies. His bedside manner is with his patients, not with a computer screen. Talks and looks at his patients. True kindness! You have to love this doctor!

If you call the office you will be put on hold most of the time. Once I held for 27 minutes before giving up. The doctor has gotten less caring over the years.
