dr and staff need to practice on being customer friendly

Office staff takes no responsibility for administrative errors, and worse, blames the patient. Dr. Dube always sides with the staff. Has no control of his office. Office staff will not tell you if something is not covered by your insurance after you have asked for them to check. After you get a bill, they will tell you that they have a copy of the letter they sent stating the work would not be covered when, at the time of the appointment, they knew the work would not be covered and said nothing. If you mention it, they will state that it was your responsibility to ask again, even though you previously asked. Shameful business practices at best and it has happened to more than one person. For some reason, this dentist is desperate for money. That should be enough to make anyone nervous. Additionally, several days of pain after common work like fixing a cavity has been reported by others and I also confirm the same. There are many good and responsible dentists and dental… staff in Wilmington, NC. There is no need to choose this one. Do yourself a favor and choose a different dentist.
