Dr. Daniel G Dudziak

I called into the orthopedic clinic number and told them my teenager had injured their ankle badly and needed immediate help. I was told the medical assistant said to come right in and have an X-ray in the same building and then head right across the hall to orthopedics and the Physicians Assistant would see my child. We drove 20 miles to get there, had the X-ray, and went directly to the doctors office across the hall only to be told the doctor left and went home and could we come back again the next day. We left, my child in pain, to drive another 20 miles home with no treatment, no X-ray results, no guidance. The Physicians Assistant, Daniel Dudziak was told we were coming, and any truly professional caring human being in the medical field would have certainly waited to try to assist in any way possible to care for an urgent injury to a teenager. What a pathetic excuse for a staff member at Northern Arizona Healthcare. Shame on you!
