Dr. Daniel C Duerson

I was informed by my dentist that I needed a root canal and he highly recommended Dr. Craig Duerson. I can’t stress to you how much I hate the dentist and hearing I had to get a root canal gave me the greatest anxiety to think of having to go through. I went in for a consultation and Dr. Duerson and his staff were extremely efficient with their time in ensuring that the overall diagnostic / assessment was valid. I cannot stress to you how much I appreciated this service as 90% of other dentist/ doctors that I have been to are more money hungry and lack to validate the need for the service prior to treatment. He did confirm I needed the root canal and added me to his schedule based off of MY availability being very flexible and understanding that I don’t get off of work until 4pm but was willing to stay late with his staff to take care of my tooth. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Duerson talked me through everything he was doing from numbing my teeth to what steps he was taking to… drill out the canal and fill it back. The procedure was done before I knew it and I FELT NOTHING! I was shocked how easy it was and needed nothing but an Advil a few hours after the numbing went away. I received a phone call later in the evening checking up on how I was doing and felt extremely valued by their customer service. As a Quality Director for the largest fiberglass manufacturer in the US, I can’t stress the importance of understanding the customers needs. Dr. Duerson and his staff exceeded my expectations and I can greatly appreciate his logical work ethic treating those who really need it.

STAY AWAY FROM CRAIG DUERSON unless you want a trip to the Emergency Room!!! Simple root canal done Wednesday and low and behold Friday evening a visit to the Emergency Room due to the intense pain and swelling; swellings at jaw site that protracted out into my neck and wrapped around effectively preventing my ability to swallow and very close to shutting my ability to breathe. CRAIG DUERSON IS A QUACK !!! I pride myself in keeping my passions within due bounds towards all mankind, however Craig, YOU ARE THE EXCEPTION. Thank goodness for Debbie (Dr Broome nurse) who answered her phone and told me to immediately go to Emergency Room...as I had left voicemail message for Craig at 7:48pm, following up with additional attempts however his voicemail wasn’t accepting messages, so I subsequently texted him a photo of swelling and unfortunately used the word “disappointed” in my text related to his lack of response...Well at 9:12 pm, an hour and half after initial call, Craig… calls me back, but NO CONCERN regarding my health & well being, just a VERBAL TONGUE LASHING from Craig to me because he “takes offense” to my word “disappointed”....so as I’m entering Emergency Room, SEVERE SWELLING, INTENSE PAIN, CAN NOT SWALLOW & can BARELY BREATHE, Craig feels the need, prior to ANY CONCERN or questions regarding my condition(s), gives me a verbal scolding.... WHAT A TOOL (not working tools). So following up with my Primary Care Physician tomorrow (Tuesday, 6 days post root canal), on Heavy antibiotics, steroids and NSAID, still swollen and jaw hurts and is numb. $1475 for a root canal ??? Way more than what I paid in Palm Beach & Chicago and far greater than what should be charged. I must say, other than Craig Duerson, the staff was kind and compassionate .... I’ve worked in medical field my entire career....next time a Root Canal is needed....I KNOW WHERE NOT TO GO !!!

Rude and lack of compassion for the treatment of my mother. Dr. Duerson refused to treat her when she had several problems with her mouth. She came out of there in tears and noted that the office staff wrote "no insurance" on paperwork. It is prejudice and I do not recommend this facility.

NOT GOOD EXPREINCE. BAD ATTITUDE FOR A DENTIST ABOUT TO DO A ROOT CANAL.

PAINLESS , Simply Amazing ....Dr. Duerson and his staff are wonderful.

Dr. Deurson performed oral surgery on me for a graft that needed to be done in 2013. The office staff was amazing and so was he. Highly recommend.

Dr . Duerson and his staff are simple amazing . The root canal was quick and painless .. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for making a scary situation EASY..
