Dr. Daniel Patrick Duffy, MD

Never in my 35 yrs of being a medical professional was I treated like I was crazy when I am my own advocate of my healthcare and what works for me.My old primary left and this was a friend suggestion. The first visit went well then he said to follow up in 2 months for a physical. I sat in a room for 52 minutes the physical day and because I had another appt I didn't want to be late for I wanted to reschedule, he came out and said you don't want to be seen? He said he would be in. I stated I didn't want to rush him but he insisted on doing it. My physical was 9 minutes. After reading the notes from the appt there were some discrepancies that I addressed at a follow up appointment and I addressed I need to work and cannot take the medication he prescribed because the side effects made it unable to work and drive and my concern that these were to high powered for my condition. I think because I had multiple concerns with his notes he became upset and told me he could no longer help… me since I would not follow his plan. I even suggested something I had been on years before but he stated he no longer wanted me as a patient. Also his Medical Assistant was rude and did not speak when rooming me no question of why I am being seen, what my vitals were, and walked out without saying anything. I guess I dodged a bullet with this clinic.

Great doctor but too long of a wait and too rushed during appointment. Seems to always be in a hurry.

Not a wholistic approach. An assessment of your Health that starts with medication. Lots of free pill samples. Prescription of medication without any discussion into side effects. Nice personality but very agitated when questioned. Staff attitude is hit or miss at the front desk.

Dr. Duffy has been treating my family for a number of years. He listens and has been succesful diagnosing problems that others have mistreated. Thank goodness he perscribes me meication when warranted.

Duffy is a pill pusher and will give you any drug you want. He is the worst doctor I have ever gone to.

I love Dr. Duffy!! He's aggressive with his treatments, but that's what I want. He treats my whole family. You will definitely not be treated like a # at this office!

I have been coming here for past few years and it's really just a wast of time every time I come I sit for at least one hour if not two and all he dose is try to give you medicine for just about anything I say.. They are always behind when I'm there never have I gotten in when I am supposed to just seems kinda like a big joke there

He is always, always cares about his patients. He listens and spends time with you to figure out whats going on. His staff is wonderful. Yes there can be a wait but its because he spends time with his patients.

After a few visits to this office, it is clear that they are more concerned about when the free lunch from the drug rep will arrive, than the patients in the waiting room. This observation was supported by the six prescriptions recommended by the doc after a routine checkup. I sincerely hope that this is not their true approach to medical care.
