Dr. Daniel Stephen Duick, MD

Dr Duick was an awesome doctor but he is no longer coming to the office or working. The doctors that are working under his name are terrible, incompetent and careless about patients. Do not go there.

The office staff at this office is awful. They cannot seem too get the insurance billing information correct no matter how many times you deal with them. The office staff makes it difficult to get an appointment. Stay away from this office due to their staff

I think Dr. Duick has been a good Dr. in the past. I started going to him because my PC recommend him as one of the best in the valley. That may be true, but I never see him because I see his PA. The PA is incompetent and rude some of the time and inpatient. I have to drive 30 minutes to get to their office and am in with the PA maybe 5 minutes. My thyroid problems as well as my diabetes are still out of 'whack.' I would not recommend him to anyone.

I think Dr. Duick is great. I have been going to him for 5years now. He has always treated me with respect and care. I am willing to wait for him since he is knowledgable with thyroid cancer. I feel he has given me the best care. Scheduling can be a problem and sometimes my appt gets rescheduled far off. But no ill effects have ever happened because of waiting. His office staff in the past have been not very good, but they seem more organized now. (I was just there 2days ago). I have recommended Dr. Duck to several people and will continue to recommended him for thyroid cancer. I hope he never retires.

Dr Duick is a good doctor, however his staff is very difficult to deal with. Trying to get written test results is a back and forth struggle; you play phone tag, make written requests and maybe you'll get it. I am considering finding a different endocrinologist rather continue wasting energy dealing with the staff and that's a shame because the doctor is a good doctor.

Office staff sucks.......No call backs.......no follow through when you ask for a call back.......Dr. what Dr. see him for maybe 4 min. if you are lucky, everything done by n.p.Time to fine new Doctor with a com pendent staff.

Have been a patient for over 5 years. Feel like I need to take a day off every time I go to this office since it takes so long. Waiting now and it has been 1.25 minutes and I have yet to see the doctor. Every time I come there is some excuse. Office staff are not caring or even polite. The doctor knows his stuff, but NEEDS a good office manager!

My first visit and it was a great experience. Thank you!
