He loves himself! He knows the best and don’t listen to you or your little one. He’s not open to your thoughts, he just do whatever he wants and bails you in drugs!

Having dealt with many, many doctors during the course of my child's life, this guy is the most ARROGANT, demeaning and dismissive doctor I have ever dealt with! It is him first and the patient second. He may be a good doctor procedurally but he is completely clueless when it comes to "bedside manner". I recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric cardiologist that you look elsewhere.

Dr Miga was consulted to give a second opinion on my mothers congenital heart problems and to evaluate her present condition with the aim of exploring possible remediation treatment.Mom is an 84 woman. Athough Dr Miga is a pediatric cardiologist, he also specializes in congenital heart problems.Dr Miga performed a heart catheterization to detremine why Mom's blood oxygen gases were so low, to validate a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension and te explore possible treatments.His bedside manner was excellent, he was caring and concerned. He spent time with us before the procedure (even completing the routine clerical tasks himself), gave my brother an I an imediate consult following the procedure, and was attentive to Mom following the procedure. He even stopped back right before her discharge to check up on her.Having dealt with other doctors for Mom and for myself I found him to be caring and down-to-earth. His bedside manner was excellent. He was jovial, treated us as equals and as… people - not just as patients. Perhaps some are misinterpreting his confidence.

I wish that Dr. Miga was a little more modest. His overconfidence leaves him seemingly incapable of listening to a patient, whether it is either me or my son (we have a genetic disease, and he will see adults for that). After he didn't listen to me the first time, I brought him information off of the main website for the specialists who deal with our condition and he laughed at them and said they were outdated. The time stamp on their updates was that month, and when I pointed that out and asked him where he was getting his information, he told me i didn't need to be concerning myself with that. He wouldn't even discuss it further.So I won't be going back to him.

Every time I've taken my child to see this doctor I'm reminded of all of the horrible things people say about doctors. He interrupts both my child and me, is quick to point out how i am constantly wrong, and when i brought him evidence from a specialist that he disagreed with, he laughed at me and called me, "silly".
