Great staff. He knew why I was there. Explained everything in an easy way to understand and came up with a reasonable plan for treatment.

Don't ever go to St. Francis in Shakopee & have hernia surgery by Dr. Daniel Gatlin!!! Dr. Johnson doesn't seem to care much for patients as well. He wasn't a caring or friendly Dr., he was extremely rude/a jerk in the preop 5 minutes before surgery & his stitching care of my wounds looked like it was done by a 5 year old. Now I live the rest of my life with big scars from the operation, that he could have avoided if he took the time to do it right. Do not use him as a doctor or have surgery at St. Francis in Shakopee!!!

Saw Dr Daniel Gatlin for a bowel issue. He was conservative and tried to allow the obstruction to resolve before doing surgery. Surgery became necessary and I am very pleased with the way Dr Gatlin handled everything and his interactions with me and my husband. My husband also had Dr Gatlin for repair of a hernia a few years before this and that also went well and we were pleased. Would recommend Dr Daniel Gatlin.

I also had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Gatlin. He and his staff were courteous, timely and made something that I was avoiding a less stressful time.

Had a colonoscopy from Dr Gatlin. Would never have another. Not very confident with accuracy of exam.
