Dr. Daniel Joseph Green, MD

Horrible Experience, looks like he has a chip on his shoulder. His bedside manner needs lots of work. The staff at the office are plain and simple rude.

The entire office staff is down right horrible. Starts with front end staff. No hello, no hi. You just get there is a 10 % that is required from them. Tried to tell them, our insurance doesn't require on. They want to bill for optical, when you try to tell them to file for medical, they just look at ya like you are an idiot. The tech that does the med list with the paitent point blank called me a liar when she asked about what blood pressure meds I was on. Told her I wasnt . Her reply was, what do you mean you don't know what you are on? You are diabetic. Tell her again, Not on meds for high blood pressure. Billing dept. is horrible too. They coded my bill for opitcal and not medicial like I asked them to do. They don't return phone calls. They didnt file with the insurance until 3 weeks after the apt, when I called and told them too. Then they got offened when I talked to our insurance company. They screamed and yelled over the phone. Office manager, hung up on me. Then they tell the… answering service that she is gone for the day when you call back.

I have worn glasses since five years old. Dr. Green did my cataract surgery when I was 65. I have had perfect vision since. Now at age 70 I needed a laser procedure to remove a film from one eye. Dr. Green just performed that procedure and I, once again, have perfect vision. Dr. Green is a soft spoken gentleman. I whole heartedly recommend him to all. I especially recommend him to anyone having apprehensions about any eye procedure. His kind and gentle manner will make you feel totally comfortable. His office staff is fantastic. They are especially expert in handling insurance questions. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Green and his staff.
