Dr. Daniel A Guerra

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Guerra. He told me I needed a crown and likely a root canal. He proceeded to show me the inflated prices for crowns and root canals and I told him I would like a second opinion. He got so frustrated that I requested a second opinion and drilled out some substance he had put in before (making the cavity in my tooth bigger). He left aggravated to another room and I asked the nurse if they could put something temporarily in my tooth to cover the cavity (which I did not mind paying for) while I got the second opinion. The nurse, who rolled her eyes at me, refused and said that nothing could be put there temporarily and that it therefore had to be left open. When I asked her to speak with him again, he refused to come out to speak with me about the open cavity in my mouth. He left me waiting and waiting and never came out. I had to go to another dentist with the now enlarged cavity in my tooth and the dentist that took care of me told me that I still had… material from what was drilled out by Dr. Guerra and that I did not even need a crown, but an onlay instead. She cleaned out the cavity and put something in temporarily while I wait for next week to get the onlay. Dr. Guerra is only interested in your money and seems to be running a meat market, rather than a professional dental office. STAY AWAY!!!
