My husband had an appointment at noon he arrived in the office at 11:45am and was told they would have to reschedule him because they need 30 minutes to put his information into their computer. He had all his paperwork filled out but they insisted on rescheduling him. They said they saw him drive up at 11:30am but he didn’t go check in and was told next time to check in first. He asked again if the doctor could see him and was told emphatically NO. He would have to be rescheduled since he checked in at 11:50am for a 12 noon appointment. He took his paperwork and walked out. This is not the first impression or level of care you want to greet new patients or any patients with. This doctor may be wonderful. Unfortunately, we will never know because his office staff is so rude and does not care about patients.
