Dr. Daniel Mark Halperin, MD

Facing a neuro-endocrine tumor in my life, we were put in touch with Dr. Halperin. We relocated to Houston from Seattle, for the duration of my treatments. I return every 3 months for scans/checks. He has made this whole experience tolerable. He listens, explains, respects me, and is honest. I have been unbelievably fortunate in having him as my oncologist. And his credentials are more than impressive !

Very nice person. Explains clearly my concerns abouth my condition and laboratory results, CT Scans results. In this last visit we let him know that my son passed away and he demostrate sensible to my pain.

Going through the process of being diagnosed with cancer is an extremely frightening experience. However, having a personable, intelligent, and caring expert in the field makes it so much more bearable. Dr. Halperin takes his time to explain all of your results and spends time addressing any questions and concerns you may have. His positive outlook and confidence is very reassuring as a patient.

I could not have asked for a better doctor after being diagnosed with a carcinoid tumor. He has the expertise that everyone deserves and is also a very caring person who takes the time to listen and address all questions and concerns. He is a wonderful doctor and person.
