Dr. Daniel Lee Heinig, MD

Dr. Heinig takes CARE. I have been a patient since 2003. He administers the proper care and refers to specialists when appropriate. Office atmosphere is harmonious.

Excellent doctor. Detected a condition and treatment saved my life.

Not thorough, prescribes meds then after a very short time says do not take it and gives me a different prescription, Does not review my records, depends on me to tell him what I need, has never checked my ears or felt my ankles (NOT THOROUGH) I am past due for mammogram.

This office is available 24/7. If you call the service at 2.00 A.M., the Dr. will return your call and meet you if possible, to keep you from having to go to the E.R.Very friendly staff.

Although I do find the 2-hour lunch a little over-the-top, I would ask the person who was sent to a clinic because of it if he/she had an appointment? If not, one takes a chance just dropping in. That said, I think I also would have been upset if I had dropped in because I was ill and had been sent to a clinic because of their 2-hour lunch. (Who does that?) I do find the staff very friendly and the overall experience good.

Lunch from 12-2 and wont take a call, really? Once the doctor sees you, they do the switch to the nurse practioner and you will never see Dr. Heinig again. The staff is just rude and will not go above and beyond at all. I got there before linch with no one in the waiting room, but due to the 2 hour lunch close by they ask me to go to a emergency care center. Watch the business come to a halt. They are the worst ever!!!

Very unprofessional

We have had Dr. Heinig as our PCP for over 2 years and so far, have found absolutely no problems with him or his very efficient, friendly office. We are willing to drive quite a distance to get such great care and consideration.

Very good doctor, listens to patients intently. Provides options in terms type of treatment and is truly concerned for the patients welfare. I recently am recovering from a serious infection, his quick and decesive action to immediatly treat me rather than waiting for hours to be admitted to a hospital truly was in my best interest. I would recommend him as a very skilled family physician.
